SGGly is designed to provide free public access without requiring users to create an account, register, or log in. Email submission is optional and is not required to use the server.

SGGly does not use tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics or advertising services. In particular, SGGly does not use Google Analytics or other tracking tools to monitor user activity across visits.
Information You May Provide
The information processed by SGGly may include:
- Your submitted protein structure input, such as a PDB accession, a UniProt accession used for AlphaFold structure retrieval, or an uploaded PDB file.
- Your optional email address, if you choose to provide one for job-related communication.
How Submitted Data Are Used
Submitted data are used only for processing prediction jobs and displaying the corresponding results. Optional email addresses are used only in connection with the submitted job.
Privacy of Submitted Data
Submitted data and generated results are intended to be accessible only through the corresponding job-specific results page. SGGly does not publicly list submitted jobs or make user submissions searchable through the website.
Data Retention
Submitted files and generated results may be retained on the server for operational purposes. Users should avoid submitting confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal data unless they are satisfied with the applicable handling arrangements for the service.
Third-Party Resources
SGGly may retrieve or display information from third-party resources, such as external structure or annotation databases. Use of those resources remains subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies where applicable.
