Example Prediction

SGGly predictions for the human T-cell antigen CD7 (UniProt P09564, AlphaFold2 model AF-P09564-F1). CD7 is a type I transmembrane protein with experimentally confirmed N-glycosylation sites in its extracellular domain. Two of the six sequon-Asn candidates are predicted as glycosylated (Asn45 and Asn96, both in a β-sheet context with high pLDDT confidence).

N-Linked Glycosylation Candidate Sites

All asparagine (Asn/N) residues in the structure. Sites above the prediction threshold (0.5) are labelled Glycosylated.

# Entry Chain Position Residue Score Candidate Status
1 P09564 A 45 N 0.9905 Glycosylated
2 P09564 A 96 N 0.9912 Glycosylated
3 P09564 A 121 N 0.0009 Not Glycosylated
4 P09564 A 215 N 0.0008 Not Glycosylated
5 P09564 A 231 N 0.0016 Not Glycosylated
6 P09564 A 237 N 0.0011 Not Glycosylated
