In this endpoint, toxicity is determined when it affects a protozoa bacteria, T. Pyriformis. The concentration of compounds on T. Pyriformis are assessed in terms of inhibition of 50% of growth (IGC50). Values of IGC50 were converted into categorical values, where 0 indicates a non-toxic compound and 1 defines a toxic compound.
