toxCSM Endpoint: Skin Sensitisation

Description

Skin sensitisation is a commonly evaluated adverse effect for dermally applied products. This endpoint evaluates if a compound will cause/induce allergic reaction while in contact with the dermatitis. Therefore, it will provide guidance for classifying if a compound will yield skin sensitisation or not.
