Evaluating the eye irritation or corrosion of chemicals is a valuable risk assessment during compound development and optimisation. For this endpoint, compounds were collected from 20 databases of QSAR Toolbox 3.3. All the compound IDs of toxic chemicals (corrosives/irritants) were double checked with ChemIDplus Advanced. On the other hand, compounds that do not cause eye irritation/corrosion were retrieved from Verma and Matthew (2015).
