PCDH11X (UniProt: Q9BZA7)

Protocadherin 11 X-linked protein (PCDH11X) was suggested to be one of the risk factors leading to Late-onset AD (LOAD) by a two-stage Genome-wide Association Study (GWAS) analysis¹. It is suspected to play a functional role in cell-cell interaction in the Central Nervous System (CNS).
