Colony-Stimulating Factor 1 Receptor (CFS1R) is a key tyrosine kinase transmembrane receptor maintaining the microglia homeostasis¹, neurogenesis, and neuronal survival in the Central Nervous System (CNS)^2,³. Recent works suggested the association of its variants with AD^4,^5,⁶.
